A complete Polyvinyl Coating Prevents Rust and Corrosion
We completely coat our outdoor furniture and amenity products in a UV-stable, mold resistant polyvinyl that will last a very long time; we use steel underneath it. Other coated furniture can’t compete with the longevity of the bond and the strength of the envelope created by the plastisol.

It coats the entire surface of our furniture, including the legs, without leaving holes or gaps, so the steel is fully sealed inside. It’s cured with heat to ensure a molecular bond and a full seal.

This polyvinyl coating is exceptionally strong and durable, resistant to temperature swings, mold, and UV exposure. It will not break down over time and leave your furniture vulnerable. Moisture is systematically removed with thoughtful engineering and aspects like expanded metal or perforated metal surfaces incorporated into the design.
The polyvinyl coating also makes our products comfortable to use. Wearing shorts or a skirt on a metal surface on a hot day isn’t a problem. The material doesn’t rise above ambient temperatures and retains no more heat than the environment. Unlike wood or fiberglass, maintenance is minimal, and polyvinyl coated steel doesn’t splinter or break apart.
