All Premier Polysteel products use HR (hot-rolled) steel construction and are completely plastisol coated — frames and legs included. Pipe only has bolt holes, no other open pipe, preventing access by bees or other insects. Hardware is stainless steel; grade varies by product.
Table Top and Seat: HR steel ¾” #9 standard expanded metal or 14 gauge perforated steel.

Attached Perimeter Frame / Supporting Structure: Made from HR steel.
Umbrella Hole: A 2″ schedule 40 pipe is welded in the center of the top. When coated, will accept a 1.625″ diameter umbrella pole (Except 10′ and Single Pedestal In-Ground).
Free Standing Legs: Completely sealed pipe that measures 1.90″ OD prior to plastisol (PVC) coating.
Leg Diagonal Brace: Made of pipe that measures 1.05″ OD prior to plastisol (PVC) coating.
Single Pedestal In-Ground Table: T-Post is made of 4″ pipe;
Table Support Arm: Made of 4″ square tube;
Seat Arms: Made of 2″ square tube. Bottom of post is sealed and has horizontal ½” rebar extensions for securing in concrete.
Double Pedestal In-Ground: Vertical posts are made of 4″ pipe;
Arms: Made of 3″ pipe. Bottom of post is sealed and has horizontal ½” rebar extensions for securing in concrete.
Multi Pedestal In-Ground Table: Post is made of 4″ pipe;
Seat Post: Made of 3″ pipe. Bottom of post is sealed and has horizontal ½” rebar extensions for securing in concrete.
Single Pedestal Surface Mount: Table vertical post is made of 4″ pipe;
Table Support Arm: Made of 4″ square tube;
Seat Arms: Made of 2″ square tube. Bottom of surface mount post has four mounting feet.
Double Pedestal Surface Mount: Vertical posts are made of 4″ pipe;
Arms: Made of 3″ pipe. Bottom of surface mount posts have 8″ diameter mounting plates with gussets.
Multi Pedestal Surface Mount: Table post is made of 4″ pipe;

Gate Style: Ends and bottom rail are made of plastic-coated pipe measuring 2-3/8″ OD. Bike fence is made of plastic-coated pipe measuring 1″ and 2-3/8″ OD.
Loop Style: Made of 2″ (ID) schedule 40 pipe — 2-3/8″ OD prior to coating. Surface mount base plates made of 8″ diameter, 3/16″ HR steel plate solidly welded to the loop. For in-ground, ¼” HR steel cross rods are welded on the pipe below grade to impede movement in a poured concrete foundation.
T-Post Style: Made of 2″ pipe and ½” schedule 40. Base is 3/16″ HR steel plate.
Base: 10 gauge HR steel. Optional surface mounting plate included.

All Premier Polysteel products are completely plastisol coated — frames and legs included — with a thick, UV-stabilized, mold- and mildew-resistant plastisol coating that complies with worldwide standards. Coating is applied to a thickness of .125″–.25″ (approximately 1/8″).

Each part is washed, dried, and coated in a heat-activated primer.
Each part is dipped into liquid plastisol (PVC).
Each part moves to a convection oven for curing.
Each part passes through a cooling station; all parts receive a coating thickness of approximately 1/8″.
