This heavy-duty gate-style bike rack provides 200+ pounds of durability and stability! Up to 12 bikes can park in this double-sided bike rack. Furthermore, the design features sturdy Sch 40 pipe that is completely coated with 1/8+ inch of UV-stable, mold-resistant plastisol. In addition, there are no holes in the pipe to allow access to bees or other insects. For this reason, you will never need to deal with rust! Rain and snow are sealed out for good. Choose between free-standing/surface and in-ground mounts. Some assembly is required.

The direct bury gate-style bike rack is 96 inches long x 35 inches wide. It stands 37 inches high. The free-standing bike rack is 98 inches long x 43 inches wide. Direct Bury Assembly

1. Drill plastic out of the mounting holes on the ends, rails, and fence using a 7/16″ dia drill bit
2. Fasten the fence to the rack ends loosely
3. Fasten the rails to the rack ends loosely
4. Check the alignment of the parts and tighten all bolts securely
5. Drill two 12″ diameter holes in the ground per the above drawing
6. Position the bike rack in the holes and level it
7. Fill holes with concrete no higher than ground level

Free Standing/Bolt Down Assembly

1. Drill plastic out of the mounting holes on the ends, rails, and fence using a 7/16″ dia drill bit
2. Fasten the fence to the rack ends loosely
3. Fasten the rails to the rack ends loosely
4. Check the alignment of the parts and tighten all bolts securely
