Territory Sales Representative – Orlando, Florida
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Director of Sales – ADA Enterprises, Inc.
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000/year (base plus commission)
Date: December 2025
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy in alignment with organizational sales and revenue goals.
- Develop and manage sales budget, track sales successes and identify areas in need of improvement.
- Lead Trade Show efforts in specified territory.
- Assist with National Trade Show efforts.
- Generate new ideas, measuring effectiveness of each marketing effort and adjust accordingly.
- Provide input and commentary from field for current product refinement and new product development. Collaborate with Director on strategies to successfully develop, test and rollout new products.
- Provide Sales Director with weekly updates identifying areas of success and areas in need of attention.
- Track inventory of Florida Distribution Center
- Product Assembly
Required Education and Experience
- Basic understanding of financial management and processes necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed. Must have exceptional people skills.
- Willingness to be flexible with job tasks.
- Ability to organize and carry out an independent plan of work.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Word and Excel.
- Must be able to assemble and disassemble products at trade shows.
- Must have a clean driving record.
Work Environment
This job usually operates in an office setting or distribution center office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position can be performed inside and in outdoor weather conditions.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and lift and/or move up to 75 pounds frequently. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel
This position requires extensive travel for about 75% (estimate) of time and can include evening and weekend hours.
