Premier Polysteel’s Community Outdoor Furniture Program gives community members a chance to honor an exceptional person or group while beautifying their town. Donors can purchase a picnic table, bench, or swing and choose an acknowledgment to be displayed on the brass-colored plaque mounted to the backrest or tabletop. City staff helps to facilitate the process by ordering the benches or tables and ensuring the ideal styles and types are selected to fit public spaces. The average city budget doesn’t have a lot of room for improvements like new benches, park swings, and tables. Instead of waiting for funding, cities can help donors recognize people and groups who have made meaningful contributions to the community.
We make the ordering process slick and easy for city staff. Choose between style options, like the Grand Contour with individual seats, or the classic Champion Style. We offer free-standing and direct-bury options, so you can select the type that will work best for each space. We also have square or round picnic tables. To make each item truly personal, we recommend letting donors choose between our 12 vibrant color options. However if you prefer to maintain a consistent color scheme, the choice is yours. No matter the style or color, our plastisol coated benches, swings, and picnic tables will last for many years without rusting, fading, or warping. We coat the entire product, including the legs and frame, so it will stand up to wind, rain, and heat. All of our products are made to last and come with a 20-year warranty, making them the perfect choice to express gratitude uniquely and distinctively.

This program creates a beautiful partnership between a city and its citizens. We’ve had great feedback from the towns we’ve worked with so far, and we hope to broaden the reach of this program. Donors often take the opportunity to memorialize someone, but benches can also be used to pay tribute to local non-profits or anyone who is currently making a difference. Your citizens will appreciate the chance to make tangible contributions to the betterment of their community. There’s no better way to honor someone than by helping to make public spaces more enjoyable for everyone.
