The Website is intended for commercial and institutional buyers, procurement professionals, and individuals researching commercial outdoor furniture products and services. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or submit a quote request through this Website.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website.
All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Premier Polysteel® reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Pricing shown does not include applicable taxes, shipping, or installation costs unless explicitly stated. A confirmed purchase order or accepted quote constitutes a binding agreement at the prices specified therein.
Submitting a quote request through the Website does not constitute a binding order. Quote requests will be reviewed by our sales team and responded to within 2 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST). Premier Polysteel® reserves the right to decline any quote request at its sole discretion.
Quotes are valid through the expiration date noted on the quote. After this date, prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Premier Polysteel®. An order is not accepted until confirmed in writing by Premier Polysteel®. Premier Polysteel® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation. Premier Polysteel® accepts credit card, purchase order (PO), and ACH bank transfer. If alternate payment terms are requested, they must be approved in writing by Premier Polysteel® prior to order acceptance.
All shipments are FOB Northwood, Iowa. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at our Northwood, Iowa facility. Freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of order. Premier Polysteel® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Estimated lead times are subject to change based on material availability and production scheduling. Confirmed lead times will be provided upon receipt of a purchase order. Premier Polysteel® will communicate any significant changes to lead times as soon as reasonably possible.
Buyers should inspect all shipments upon receipt and note any damage with the carrier before signing for delivery. Premier Polysteel® is not liable for damage that occurs during shipment.
No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from Premier Polysteel®. To request a return authorization, please contact our sales team with your invoice number, invoice date, and reason for return.
Authorized returns must be carefully packed and in saleable condition. A 50% restocking fee applies to all returns where the error is not the fault of Premier Polysteel®. All authorized returns must be shipped insured and freight prepaid by the buyer.
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of acceptance without penalty. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your Premier Polysteel® sales representative. Cancellations made after 72 hours may be subject to restocking fees or other charges. Premier Polysteel® reserves the right to assess applicable fees for cancellations made after production has commenced.
Premier Polysteel® products are sold subject to our limited warranty, the terms of which are available at premierpolysteel.com/warranty. The warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Distributed products (including grills, fire rings, dome lids, and umbrellas) are subject to the warranty terms of their respective manufacturers.
All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, and technical specifications — is the property of Premier Polysteel® or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Website without the prior written consent of Premier Polysteel®. Downloading product specifications or assembly instructions for legitimate project specification purposes is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
Premier Polysteel® makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other information on the Website are accurate and current.
